10 Advices To Stay Awake While Studying

Here are 10 advices to stay awake while studying special for finals without feeling sleepy.
1- Stand Up While Studying :  it is virtually impossible to fall asleep while standing.

2- Keep A Cold Environment :  being warm can make you sleepy.

3- Chew Gum : chewing gum keeping your mouth busy which makes it hard to fall asleep.

4- Taking Short Breaks :  5 minutes Break after every hour will keep you awake while studying and give your mind a refresh.

5- Listen To Music : If you are doing the kind of studying where you can listen to music.

6- Eat Healthy Snacks :  to boost energy and keep your blood sugar up ( low blood sugar produces lethargy and mental fogginess ).

6- Exercise Before Diving Into Your Studies  :  A study cited in The Telegraph suggests that exercise can  keep you awake and University of Georgia researchers found that exercise was more effective in increasing energy and reducing Fatigue.

7- Bright Light : light tricks your circadian rhythm into still thinking it is day, fending off sleepiness for a little longer. so it make it hard to fall asleep

8 - Drink a Lot of Water :  Dehydration can make you sleepy, so keeping your body hydrated That help you awake ( I don’t mean alcohol  because it may contain water).

9- Change your place : try sitting in different places around the room but  do not study in bed

10- Think positively : For Example ( will get a good grade  - I am almost done - ... etc  ) it can  absolutely help

don't risk your health. because staying awake the whole night can be damaging to your health. the most important thing is you should never don't risk your health.
