Egyptian Museum might not be the best museum in the world when it comes to organization (in fact, it looks like there is none) but the value of the collection is invaluable. The downside is that you might walk by the most important piece of art of Egyptian history and there won’t be any sign or description to help you noticing. Having a guide is the best thing.
(2) Al Azhar Park
The Al-Azhar Park is important for tourists to Egypt because this hilly site is surrounded by the most significant historic districts of Islamic Cairo. This is one of the primary destinations for many visitors to the city, and this new park located in its heart provides many advantages, including a wonderful view of the surrounding area.
(1) Cairo Tower
Cairo Tower is a concrete 187 m (614 ft) high tower. It was built in 1961. Its design is unique, recalling the lotus flower shape – how Egyptian! From the top terrace you can have a 360° view over Cairo and also eat something at its revolving restaurant. Cairo Tower is on an island called Zamalek, so you will be surrounded by the Nile, with its feluccas and floating restaurants that make it almost as trafficked as a street. Concerning this, I suggest you to try the felucca ride as well. It’s cheap and so relaxing!
