4- Create a Great List For Tough Times : Life is full of challenges, sometimes fails, loses. and sometimes it's difficult to keep our self-confidence up. so in those tough times you have to make a list of all the things in your life that you are thankful for, and another one of all the things you are proud of achieve successfully and take a look at those lists when you feel your self-confidence dwindling.
5- Think of Things You're Good at : everyone has talents and strengths. recognising what you’re good at and trying to build on those things and work on your strengths , you'll feel accomplished, all of which can help build your self confidence.
6- Build The Knowledge You Need to Achieve Your Goals : identify the skills you’ll need to achieve your goals, and then look at how you can acquire these skills.
7- Look Good And Take Care of Your Body : take care of your appearance and groom yourself ( shave, take care of your skin, shower .. etc ) that make you feel good about yourself and feel self confident.
